Past Performance of Mahesh Kaushik Fundamental Stock Recommendations Part 1.

Respeted Readers,
Namaskar

I Mahesh Chander Kaushik is a NiSM Certified and SEBI registered research analyst of stocks.
This article is a progress card of my past stock recommendations If you read carefully then you may able to understand that:-
1. What happen if you invest my style? Yes I have a unique style of stock market investing which I described in my book “ The Winning Theory in Stock Market “ so if you not read this book yet then please first read it here
2. If you do not want to read this book then no problem I tell you basic point of my investing style
a. Invest only 5000 in a single stock at a time and increase basic investment amount 7.5% every year.
b. Hold a stock at least for 1 year and after 1 year if stock traded 15%+ profit then book profit and rotates money.
c. Buy only dividend paying stocks because If my stock not give 15%+ profit then I enjoy dividends in my holding period.
d. Not use stop loss in long term trade and never book loss in whole life (maximum loss is caped INR 5000 because I do not invest more than 5000 in a single stock).
e. In this report I use only fundamental sound stock recommendations which full fill all of my stock choosing criteria’s and publish at my home page www.maheshkaushik.com
Stock recommended in http://mypennyshare.maheshkaushik.com are not full fill all of my stock choosing criteria’s and little bit risky so these penny stock performance not included in this report, for penny stock performance read this report
Ok Now start your eye opening journey with me.

1. First of all at 17 March 2013 I publish stock tip about BLB Ltd on my website at this link

So as my rule if you start your stock market investing with me then you may invest your first 5000 rupees in BLB Ltd on 18 March 2013,

For understanding my whole performance we assume a notional or fictional person name “ Chandu” who invest in my recommendations as my theory so in next part of this article we evolutes this “Chandu” buying and selling.

So Chandu buy 1672 share of BLB Ltd @ 2.99 Per share Chandu Total investment is  1672*2.99=5000.28 in round off 5000 and he pay INR 50 as brokerages.
Now his total investment is 5050.
His portfolio BLB Ltd 1672 Stocks.

( Explanation:- Why I use price 2.99 whereas I publish price 3.04 on my recommendation ? here publication date of my article is 17 March 2013 which was a Sunday and I use Friday closing price 3.04 but when market open on 18 march 2013 then BLB open at 2.98 and touch maximum level 2.99)

Correction in Reverse Trading Chpter of My Book

Respected readers,

I find that in reverse trading chapter of my book I have a calculation mistake in my price target, so in next edition of my book this mistake will be edited as price target of 444 instead of 184 .
After this correction read my book chapter 10 as
1. First buying of Punj Lloyd 10 share @560 total investment 5600
2. Reverse sell @ 256 total loss 3040 but get 2560 rupees back.
3. Again buy 10 share @ 56 total investment 560 so I get 2000 rupee case back in this trading it will minimize my earlier purchasing cost from 5600 to 5600-2000=3600 only.
4. Now my holding cost is 5600-2000=3600
5. My price target is 444 so if I get it then it will give me 444*10=4440 so I get 4440-3600=840 rupee as my 15 % profit.
Including the both trading we  got INR 6440 back( 2560+4440) from the initial amount we started 5600 and profit is 840 which is 15 % of 5600 Ok I am still hold these 10 share because Punj lloyed still traded below my target price  444 .
So in my next edition chapter 10 will be edited
Thanks and regards.

Reply Of Doubts About My Book

This is an email which i get from one of my book reader
Hello Sir,

I read your book " The Winning Theory in Stock Market" thank you for such a book that explains many things in simple terms with few pages.
One thing I noticed in book and the recent recommendations from the blog is you have an excellent entry strategy but at least for a beginner like me is not able to deduce the exit strategy.
Could you please teach me the criteria for holding a stock beyond it's 15% profit target, or say how to identify a stock is multibagger or not.
How do we decide which exit strategy to follow out of
 - Target price of 15% profit from entry price
 - 20% + of Base price
 - Predicted target price - 20% + of base price or predicted target price(TP = (NSP+Book value+Base Price)/3 ) takes precedence under what circumstance.
 * NSP is Net sell per share in one year.
In lesson 8 it's been written Do not buy a stock falls more than 50% from year high and rise 100% more than year low avoid stock 20% above its base price avoid stock traded below 1 year NSP. Is these conditions are valid on CMP price or for a specified time frame?; say avoid if the stock traded below NSP in the last one year. I know you must very busy with your office work, stock research, and family; It would be a great help if you can respond to this email personally or vial blog so that whoever having similar doubts would get a clear idea. Thanks John
Here is my reply and I publish this reply on this blog for help of other readers which have similer doubts about my theory.
1. Criteria to hold a stock beyond 15 % Profit:-
  • If stock price up with volumes and market conditions are favorable for your stock.
  • Normally I hold a stock minimum for 1 year and some of stock run more then 15% in this holding period for example I recommended and buy pricol ltd at 16.35 on 1 august 2013 read this article here http://www.maheshkaushik.com/2013/08/pricol-ltd-1635.html Now CMP of Pricol ltd is 46.65 and stock already give 185.23% profit to me so I sell it after 1 august 2014 when my minimum holding period is over for this stock
  • One other great point to remember If stock price cross his net sell per share per year and traded 20% above base price then it is wise to book profits.
  • Overall no any sure rule for exit it all depend on greed and your experience in share market.
2.How do we decide which exit strategy to follow out
  • In my book I give these 3 exit strategy
- Target price of 15% profit from entry price
 - 20% + of Base price

_  predicted target price(TP = (NSPY+Book value+Base Price)/3 )
  • P
redicted target price(TP = (NSPY+Book value+Base Price)/3 ) is best but Personally I not follow this after my holding of one year if my profit is above 15 % I book my profit because I rotate my money and book profits are always protectat us from downfalls.
  • NSPY mean Net Selling Per Year(per share)
3. CMP vs Net Revenue per share:-  I think you do not read lesson 8 carefully I quoted again that what I write in lesson 8
"Calculate the net revenue per year of stock as I described earlier in this book , if your stock price is lower from this than your stock valuation is good and if CMP is higher from it than stock is traded at a higher valuation."
